• Develop AI-powered tools and applications to solve practical Performance Marketing challenges, translating business requirements into technical solutions that improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Identify and automate repetitive tasks across media buying, campaign management, performance monitoring, and reporting.
• Build tools for advertising data analysis and optimisation, helping the team identify performance anomalies, evaluate bidding results, and uncover opportunities to improve campaign efficiency.
• Research, test, and integrate AI models, APIs, and third‑party services to address real‑world marketing use cases.
• Develop automated workflows and system integrations by combining programming, AI capabilities, business rules, and data processing, leveraging technologies such as LLMs, AI Agents, and workflow orchestration platforms.
• Test, deploy, and continuously improve AI applications and workflows, ensuring reliability, usability, and practical business value.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing and relevant teams to understand business needs, validate solutions, measure their impact, and refine applications based on feedback and results.

Yêu cầu

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience or a solid foundation in application development, AI integration, workflow automation, or data processing.
• Basic programming skills, preferably in Python, with an understanding of APIs and system integrations.
• Basic knowledge of AI and Generative AI, with the ability to apply them to practical problems.
• Strong logical thinking, problem‑solving skills, English technical reading ability, and a proactive learning mindset.

Yêu cầu ưu tiên

• Knowledge of Performance Marketing, digital advertising, media buying, bidding strategies, or campaign optimisation.
• Experience with advertising platform APIs, such as Meta Marketing API or Google Ads API.
• Experience building automated workflows, internal tools, or integrating multiple APIs; familiarity with LLMs, AI Agents, or automation platforms such as n8n is a plus.
• Personal projects or a portfolio demonstrating practical applications of AI and programming.

• Competitive salary with no upper limit — compensation is based on your skills, experience, and business impact.
• Pay: 20,000,000₫ – 40,000,000₫ per month.
