Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (developers, testers) to ensure effective communication.
- Monitor progress, track key metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project risks to proactively address potential obstacles.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and facilitate effective communication.
- Ensure adherence to development methodologies, coding standards, and best practices.
- Conduct retrospectives and lessons-learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project documentation, including requirements and design specifications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience in leading multi-regional/distributed Agile development project teams for a product company.
- Solid knowledge of software delivery, development processes, and project management.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
- Ability to define team roadmaps and product backlogs.
- Strong human resource management and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong leadership, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Mức lương
- Attracted salary based on the ability of the candidate and the company salary framework.
- Salary review every 6 months if salary is below 30,000,000 VND; annual review if 30,000,000 VND or higher.
