Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead and direct the execution of complex media projects across branding, performance, and content/creative solutions.
- Provide direction to the account team, ensuring on‑time delivery, quality, and risk management.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and meet profit targets.
- Oversee P&L planning and monitoring for the team on a quarterly and monthly basis.
- Act as a senior client representative, building relationships with key decision makers and driving business expansion.
- Lead a team of 3‑4 people through the end‑to‑end client service process, from initial meeting to execution.
- Support the Account Director in recruiting, training, and coaching Account Executives.
Yêu cầu
- At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager or Partnership Manager.
- Intermediate understanding of digital disciplines such as creative, technology, user experience, and strategy.
- Effective team management capabilities.
- Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple client projects and initiatives.
- Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
