Trách nhiệm chính
- Self-manage to create and deliver high-quality 3D assets that meet artistic and technical standards, covering modeling, UV mapping, normal mapping, and integration, while offering ideas for new game content.
- Create low-poly 3D concepts for characters, environments, and props.
- Produce high-quality high-poly assets that align with the art brief, project guidelines, and feedback.
- Manage the full 3D production pipeline, including modeling, UV unwrapping, map baking (normal, specular, etc), texturing, rendering, and in-engine implementation.
- Correctly get and update the tasks from Jira and provide clear status updates to the team.
Yêu cầu
- Solid foundation in 3D modeling with a focus on mobile game optimization.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software, such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or ZBrush, as well as texturing tools like Substance 3D Painter and Photoshop.
- Understanding of mobile performance constraints, including polygon budgets, texture atlasing, LODs optimization, and shader complexity while maintaining the intended visual quality.
- Clear awareness of form, silhouette, color, composition, and visual storytelling across stylized and realistic art styles.
- Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and a willingness to work effectively across disciplines.
