Our AI interview service operates on a Pay As You Go basis – users are charged per usage.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are not supported under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• The user changes their mind after making a payment.
• The user does not use the service after payment.
• Dissatisfaction with interview results (unless a serious technical error is confirmed on our side).

3. Cancellation Policy

• Once payment is completed and the service is activated, the usage cannot be canceled or transferred to another person.
• In case of technical issues, please contact our support team within 24 hours for review and assistance.

• Before making a payment, users should carefully review system requirements, service descriptions, and usage conditions.
• By completing the payment, you agree to all of our terms of service.
