About This Job

- Carry out cash and non-cash transactions for customers, including opening accounts and receiving deposits, in accordance with Techcombank's procedures.
- Update product information, regulations, procedures, marketing programs, sales campaigns, and guidelines to provide services to retail customers efficiently.
- Receive and resolve customer requests and complaints following Techcombank's regulations.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and consulting to provide suitable personal financial products and services.
- Develop and implement individual business plans to achieve assigned business targets.
- Check transactions and documents, reconcile cash amounts, and prepare daily reports after trading hours.
- Participate in the ATM fundraising team at the branch/transaction office/neighborhood.
- Fully participate in TCB's training programs and proactively build personal development plans.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated with a bachelor’s degree preferably in economics, finance, or banking.
- At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Proficient in office skills.
