About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Develop and execute short‑, mid‑ and long‑term plans for trade spending and channel development within the General Trade channel scope.
- Own the GT scope end‑to‑end: planning, execution, performance evaluation.
- Shape channel growth plans, identify opportunities, drive execution excellence, and ensure compliant and efficient management of trade investments.
- Build annual, quarterly, and monthly trade spending plans, develop investment frameworks, forecast utilization, and recommend promotion mechanics.
- Develop channel development plans, identify growth drivers, distribution gaps, opportunity segments, define activation priorities, and translate insights into actionable tactics.
- Manage GT trade promotion proposals, prepare program documentation, T&Cs, approvals, and compliance materials.
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of trade programs and channel initiatives, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Legal, RA, and other teams.
- Track performance, conduct post‑promotion evaluations, identify risks, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Track competitor trade activities, monitor channel trends, and provide insights for future strategies.
Yêu cầu
- 3–5 years experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance/Commercial Control, or GT Sales.
- Bachelor degree.
- Winning mindset.
- Result oriented, passionate, resilient, persistent, able to handle high levels of pressure.
- Sense of urgency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Mature.
- Time management.
- Learning agility.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, RA, Legal, and Admin teams.
- Knowledge of accounting, compliance, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.
