- Drive channel growth and financial delivery by meeting volume, sales, margin, and BOI targets across sales channels.
- Lead end-to-end trade planning and execution, translating brand and category strategies into actionable trade plans by channel and customer.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Brand, Finance, and RGM teams to ensure seamless execution of trade plans.
- Develop and manage the annual trade activation calendar, including promotions, visibility programs, and in-store mechanics to win at the point of purchase.
- Monitor trade investment performance, evaluate ROI, conduct post-activation reviews, and propose innovative trade tactics to support commercial priorities.
Yêu cầu
- 3-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, Commercial Strategy, or RGM in FMCG or Consumer Healthcare.
- Proven track record in channel development, in-store execution, and trade investment optimization.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to translate insights into commercial strategies.
- Experience working cross-functionally to influence outcomes and drive execution.
