Trách nhiệm chính

  • Hướng dẫn tận tình ứng dụng GEMINI ULTRA, CHAT GPT PLUS vào thực tiễn công việc
  • Hành chính văn phòng
  • Tiếp đón và hướng dẫn khách thuê văn phòng (phát triển kỹ năng giao tiếp)
  • Chăm sóc khách hàng khi cần hỗ trợ liên quan văn phòng cho thuê (phát triển kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, làm việc nhóm)
  • Sắp xếp hồ sơ hợp đồng, bưu phẩm (theo quy trình 5S)
  • Đăng tin tuyển dụng, lọc hồ sơ, liên hệ ứng viên
  • Phỏng vấn ứng viên (phát triển kỹ năng giao tiếp)
  • Làm bảng lương, chấm công, quản lý hồ sơ nhân sự
  • Quản trị nhân sự: quản lý các thực tập sinh (kỹ năng quản lý)

Yêu cầu

  • Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp
  • Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm
  • Có tinh thần học hỏi, trách nhiệm và chủ động
  • Giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm tốt
  • Tham gia tối thiểu 03 ngày/tuần

Mức lương

  • Trợ cấp thực tập (cơ bản) + thưởng: 1.500.000 - 2.500.000 đồng/tháng theo năng lực.

  • Tea Break định kỳ: Mỗi khi công ty ký kết thành công hợp đồng mới, thực tập sinh sẽ được công ty khao nước để cùng chia sẻ niềm vui và gắn kết đội ngũ
  • Linh hoạt thời gian thực tập: Công ty tạo điều kiện sắp xếp lịch làm việc phù hợp cho các bạn có lịch học, lịch thi hoặc cần gặp giảng viên hướng dẫn
