- Coordinate technical enquiries, supporting the development of detailed project blueprints from initial information provided by architects and project sales team members.
- Read customer drawings to prepare design presentations, shop drawings, and system summaries for project customers.
- Collaborate with the project sales team to present Knauf product systems and solutions.
- Prepare CAD drawings and maintain the technical library.
- Prepare architectural detailed shop drawings and working drawings (architectural/structural) using Revit, ensuring designs and details comply with construction projects.
- Assist the project team by providing timely BIM coordination and accurate information for construction.
- Extract information from 3D Revit, develop shop drawings, and resolve discrepancies with the engineering department and project team.
- Calculate structural aspects.
- Prepare mock-ups and samples for architects and project sales teams, handing them to customers if required, and coordinate with marketing to ensure samples are available.
- Provide customer services, working closely with architects and project sales team members to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Maintain communication and build relationships with architectural firms; participate in presentations on Knauf system solutions at workshops and seminars.
- Provide installation guidance at construction sites, inspect product quality, and liaise with laboratories during incoming quality inspections of Knauf products.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architectural, Structural/Civil Engineering, or Building Construction majors.
- 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry, including construction site supervision.
- Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software in a professional working environment.
- Ability to calculate simple structural elements (internal partition and external wall) using engineering software.
