- Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and development roadmap.
- Lead technical design discussions and architectural decision-making.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and development methodologies.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
- Participate in hands‑on development of critical system components.
- Review code and provide constructive technical feedback.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, testing, and automation.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Estimate development effort and contribute to project planning.
- Manage technical risks and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical reviews.
- Design and maintain microservices, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise systems.
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and governance requirements.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD automation and deployment strategies.
- Drive system modernization and technical debt reduction initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Master’s degree is an advantage.
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Team Lead, or Senior Engineering role.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise‑scale applications.
- Experience leading cross‑functional engineering teams.
- Strong programming expertise in Java or .NET/C#.
- Strong understanding of Software Architecture, Design Patterns, Object‑Oriented Design, API Design, Microservices Architecture, and Distributed Systems.
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, Git and version control systems.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
