- Manage end-to-end technology delivery engagements, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.

- Strong experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Thorough understanding of banking regulatory requirements, security standards, compliance frameworks, audit controls, authentication mechanisms, and fraud/risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Java 8, Java 11, Java 17, and Java 21.
- Deep understanding of Core Java concepts, including multithreading and concurrency, JVM performance tuning, collections framework, object‑oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring MVC.
- Expertise in modern application architectures: microservices architecture, RESTful API design & development, event‑driven architecture.
- Database experience with Oracle and MySQL.
- Messaging and integration technologies: Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ.
- Strong understanding of delivery best practices: Agile/Scrum methodologies, code reviews, technical leadership and ownership, release and deployment governance.
