About This Job

- Responsible for all front‑end integration activities such as Lint, CDC, Synthesis, LEC, Low Power, UPF, formal verification, STA, and ECO implementation.
- Perform logic/physical synthesis using advanced optimization techniques to generate optimized gate‑level netlists for timing, area, and power.
- Debug timing, area, and congestion issues and collaborate with RTL and physical designers to resolve them.
- Conduct formal verification checks between RTL and gate‑level netlists, debugging aborts, inconclusive results, and logic equivalency failures.
- Develop timing constraints for RTL‑synthesis and STA‑signoff for blocks and top‑level including SOC, analyze inter‑block timing, and establish IO budgets for partition blocks.
- Implement, enhance, and maintain synthesis, STA scripts, and various automation flows.
- Collaborate closely with logic design and PnR engineers on logic, timing, power, and physical issues.
Yêu cầu
- Familiarity with ASIC design flow (FrontEnd, DFT, PnR).
- Hands‑on experience in front‑end implementation tasks such as synthesis, constraint development, timing, area/power analysis, linting, and logic equivalence checks.
- Hands‑on experience with EDA implementation tools for logic synthesis (DC/FC, Genus), RTL/Netlist check (SpyGlass Lint), LEC (Formality, Conformal), multi‑voltage verification (VC LP, Conformal LP), and STA (PrimeTime, Tempus).
- Experience with multi‑clock and multi‑power domain designs.
- Scripting and programming experience using Perl, Python, TCL, etc.
- High‑quality execution of high‑complexity work.
- Support customer presentations and answer technical questions.
- Participate in technical reviews and peer reviews.
- Mentor junior team members to develop capability.
