- Oversee overall warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound logistics, storage, product labeling, and distribution to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Build, update, and maintain the Product Master data file with high accuracy.
- Prepare labeling requirements for incoming shipments and handle discrepancies.
- Process daily order requests from distribution, sales channels, and internal partners efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
- Generate daily, monthly, and annual inventory reports and variance analyses.
- Monitor warehouse processes to optimize space, reduce waste, and improve efficiency.
- Manage monthly in‑out billing, ensuring accurate documentation and timely invoicing.
- Manage the order‑to‑delivery process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams to resolve order, delivery, and invoice‑related issues.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service recovery actions.
- Monitor service level performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Manage sourcing and purchasing activities for indirect goods, obtain quotations, evaluate suppliers, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Track supplier performance and support contract management & payment activities.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining required service levels.
- Support cross‑functional projects and business initiatives as assigned by management.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and external service providers to ensure smooth business operations.
- Participate in new system implementation, process automation, and operational improvement projects.
- Support annual budget planning and cost control initiatives related to supply chain and operational spending.
- Assist in business continuity planning, risk management, and issue resolution activities.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics operations.
- Proven experience operating in both B2B and B2C/E‑commerce business models.
- Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end warehouse operations, inbound/outbound logistics, order fulfillment, distribution networks, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in supply chain management systems (ERP/WMS) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical thinking, numerical agility, high attention to detail, and big‑picture awareness.
- Strong hands‑on execution skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and take on expanding job scopes.
