About This Job

- Support various hotel functions including kitchen, food and beverage, and employee dining room.
- Prepare fresh clean linen and spotless dining ware for guests.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dishwashing machines and hand wash stations.
- Transport dishware across the hotel.
- Follow company safety and security policies and report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support the team to reach common goals.
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods; reach overhead and below the knees; move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤25 pounds without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.

- No supervisory experience.
