About This Job

- Supervise ground operations in compliance with Standard Operation Procedures (SOP), focusing on safety, security, and achieving KPIs, OTP, and TAT targets.
- Manage station administration including assets, HR, and facility operations.
- Coordinate daily operations with domestic and international departure stations and report to relevant units like OMC, MCC, FCD, and CCD.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for facilities and manpower while monitoring service providers to ensure cost-efficiency and security.
- Manage operational documentation and verify monthly invoices in coordination with HQ/Finance departments.
- Monitor station procedures across finance, equipment, and technology to maximize productivity and maintain an effective workforce.
- Represent Vietjet in building relationships with local authorities, the Vietnam Embassy, and Civil Aviation departments.
- Manage external relationships with vendors, suppliers, government bodies, CIQ, and catering services to support branding and customer service.
- Coordinate internal and local authority audits periodically.
- Report special circumstances and safety/security issues to upper management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- At least 05 years of experience in aviation, travel, customer services, or the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in English (TOEIC 600+ or IELTS/TOEFL equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Email).
- Must be a host-country national familiar with or having strong rapport with local airport authorities and government agencies.
