About This Job

- Design, build, and scale robust backend services and solutions to deliver the product roadmap.
- Choose technologies, evaluate trade‑offs, and see work through to production.
- Work in a microservices‑based architecture using Kubernetes on AWS.
- Collaborate with PMs, QA, and other engineers.
- Diagnose production issues, improve observability, and make trade‑offs around latency, scalability, and availability.
- Set technical direction and raise engineering standards across teams.
Yêu cầu
- Excellent Java programming skills with significant experience in the Spring ecosystem.
- Commercial experience with SQL and database schema design.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in AWS or similar cloud environment.
- Experience designing and evolving microservices, including service boundaries, API contracts, and resilience.
- Ability to diagnose production issues, improve observability, and make sound trade‑offs around latency, scalability, and availability.
- Excellent communication in spoken and written English.
- Product mindset and rigorous attention to detail.
- Ownership: work autonomously, own features end‑to‑end, collaborate directly with PMs, QA, and other engineers.
