About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Follow established guidelines for nail care and spa services in accordance with company standards, protocols, and policies.
- Consult with guests to understand their requirements, goals, and concerns before providing services.
- Explain treatment techniques and discuss products used to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Utilize international standard health care protocols when serving guests and interacting with colleagues.
- Apply proper nail painting techniques, including French manicures.
- Maintain knowledge of nail art applications such as rhinestones and decals.
- Care for and maintain spa tools and equipment like heaters, nippers, and sanitizing devices.
- Uphold medical-grade cleanliness in treatment areas and equipment at all times.
- Stay current on relevant industry certifications.
- Contribute to the improvement and development of treatment procedures.
- Proactively suggest and promote additional services, products, and retail components to support long-term guest needs.
- Maintain professional communication and follow proper telephone etiquette.
- Uphold personal grooming standards and wear full uniform at all times.
- Practice professionalism, respect, and integrity with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ensure positive guest relations and manage guest records and preferences confidentially.
- Follow safety protocols and handle emergency situations with urgency and discretion.
Yêu cầu công việc
- High School graduate preferred.
- Possess a valid Therapist’s Certificate as required by Vietnamese law.
- Pass a health check in accordance with Vietnamese law for spa businesses.
- No medical conditions inhibiting treatment performance or allergies to spa products (e.g., essential oils, mineral oils).
- Proficient in Vietnamese (reading and writing) with basic English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to provide required personal legal documentation.
