- Our Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting a number of vital Spa functions, building a memorable and unique experience for guests.
- They promote Spa services or retail, schedule reservations, confirm appointments, answer questions about services, check in guests, and process payments, making transactions feel like part of the experience.
- They maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, uphold quality standards, and ensure a professional uniform, appearance, and communication.
- They work on their feet, moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces), manage reservation software, and perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. All these tasks are performed well and other reasonable duties as requested to ensure guests and business success.
