About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Provide personalized attention and escort guests to service areas such as lockers, massage, nail, and fitness sections.
- Resolve guest complaints and challenges professionally, calmly, and with urgency.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of spa services, pricing, fitness offerings, and resort amenities.
- Manage spa reservations, suggest services, and perform suggestive selling.
- Explain spa procedures, specialties, billing, and additional treatments to guests.
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist during their departure.
- Address billing inquiries, process payments (cash/credit card), and post room charges.
- Monitor lobby environment, including lighting and music levels.
- Maintain guest history files, preferences, and confirm upcoming appointments by phone.
- Coordinate treatment room bookings and therapist schedules.
- Liaise with housekeeping and engineering for cleaning or maintenance.
- Process no-show and late cancellation charges.
- Manage cash bank balances at the end of each shift and maintain reception area cleanliness.
- Support therapists and retail store staff as needed.
- Maintain professional grooming, adhere to dress codes, and handle emergency situations with discretion.
Yêu cầu công việc
- High school graduate.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional grooming standards and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both verbal and written).
- Computer literate and capable of learning new software programs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a team.
- Professional approach to guest relations and conflict resolution.
