- Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex software systems, focusing on system-level testing.
- Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement across various functionalities, user interfaces, and performance aspects.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements, specifications, and architecture, providing early input on testability.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues using JIRA, ensuring clear and concise reporting, prioritization, and follow-up until resolution.
- Participate in review meetings for requirements, design specifications, and test plans, providing constructive feedback.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test reports, defect summaries, and test coverage matrices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices within the team.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and share knowledge to foster a high-performing team environment.
- Work effectively within an Agile/Scrum development methodology.
- Conduct regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing as required.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
- 3 - 5 years+ of hands-on experience in manual, system, and integration testing.
- Demonstrated experience testing large-scale, high-availability, distributed systems involving both hardware and software components.
- Proven track record with defect logging, triage processes, and working effectively with development teams.
- Working knowledge of test management tools (Jira, TestRail or similar).
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for collaboration and reporting.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Familiarity with security, surveillance, or physical access control systems.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright) is an advantage.
