- Ideate, script, and produce high‑volume, content‑led ads and social assets for multiple Unilever brands.
- Adapt each brand’s tone of voice for platform‑specific execution across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.
- Spot and react to trends, memes, and cultural moments quickly, finding brand‑relevant angles.
- Write with strong channel understanding, tailoring content to platform algorithms and audience behavior.
- Partner with designers, video editors, art directors, and other creatives to plan and execute collaborative projects.
- Support content project planning by building and maintaining content calendars and prioritizing output against briefs and deadlines.
- Conduct light social research to ground content in consumer insight and category trends.
- Interact directly with clients, pitching and defending content ideas.
Yêu cầu
- Strong content‑writing and storytelling skills, with a portfolio that shows range across formats and tones.
- Genuine social‑media fluency; live on these platforms and understand what makes content perform.
- Speed and flexibility; comfortable producing high volumes of content without sacrificing quality or wit.
- Confident thinker, able to generate ideas solo or in a team setting.
- Comfortable writing across long‑form (digital/web) and short‑form (social) formats depending on the brief.
- Solid channel‑understanding, fluent in how different platforms work, so content is built for where it will actually live.
- Skilled at content structuring and framework building, able to turn a one‑off idea into a reusable structure.
- Flexible and familiar with multiple content‑creation methods: angle/pillar‑based single posts, modular/templated series, trend‑capturing or pop‑up content.
- Strong collaboration skills & highly organized, able to manage multiple briefs and projects at once without losing quality.
- Passion for and curiosity about AI and new content tools; understanding of AI tools is a plus, but the ability to quickly learn and adopt them is critical.
- At least 2 years of experience working with social agency.

- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, written and spoken.
