- Own features from concept to delivery, partnering with PMs and Engineers to translate complex business requirements into intuitive, scalable, logic-driven interfaces.
- Engage early in workflow, evaluate design briefs, and advise on execution approach (hotfix, MVP, full-process design) to maintain a logical system experience.
- Apply and evolve visual principles, contributing to the design system and deciding which principles to apply or break to solve platform problems.
- Design detailed micro-interactions and transitions using advanced UX laws and HCI principles, ensuring psychologically satisfying feedback.
- Validate design decisions with qualitative research and quantitative data, avoiding guesswork.
- Proactively perform heuristic evaluations on existing products, identify UX debts, and propose solutions without waiting for tickets.
- Present to stakeholders with storytelling, conveying user problems, business constraints, and how solutions bridge gaps.
- Participate in design critiques, providing high-quality input and fostering a safe environment for debate based on logic and principles.
Yêu cầu
- 2-4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong system thinking, understanding ecosystem impact.
- Deep knowledge of psychology and HCI to reduce cognitive load.
- Ability to prioritize logic over aesthetics and defend designs with data.
- Proven experience designing high-scale consumer apps for massive user bases.
- Proficiency in building high-fidelity prototypes with motion and transitions.
- Strong debate and persuasion skills to discuss design choices with PMs and Engineers.
