- Develop and maintain database scripts, functions, and stored procedures to support application development.
- Design and maintain ETL solutions.
- Provide assistance to developers and testers with database-related activities.
- Process client requests, feedback, and bug fixes.
- Troubleshoot database performance issues and tune complex queries.
- Participate in database design and ETL architecture design.
- Review SQL statements and stored procedures created by developers.
- Attend all project meetings as required.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Solid knowledge of SQL, database design, programming, and CDC.
- Strong understanding of software development security and performance principles.
- Knowledge of coding principles such as loose coupling and dependency injection.
- Experience with containerization and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Understanding of DevOps practices with the ability to maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI).
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor, with the ability to validate AI-generated outputs.
- Proficiency in performing code reviews and creating technical documentation.
- Strong experience with at least two RDBMS platforms: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or IBMDB2.
- Understanding of database architecture, data modeling, and schema design.
- Experience with data migration and data warehousing (ETL) using tools like SSIS.
- Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, IBM Cognos, Tableau).
- Competence in database sizing, maintenance, and performance optimization.
- Good English skills for reading materials and handling professional verbal conversations.
