- Bridge the gap between creative aesthetic vision and operational execution, ensuring brand identity across physical dining spaces and digital channels.
- Draft and polish brand copy across digital platforms, in-store collaterals, campaign materials, and press announcements.
- Define and maintain a distinct branded voice across our Tea and Hot Pot concepts.
- Translate emerging lifestyle, design, and F&B trends into visually captivating campaign concepts, spatial touchpoints, and dining experiences.
- Ensure key visuals, spatial decor, menu presentation, tableware aesthetics, and digital assets align with our high standards for design excellence.
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary external vendors and creative partners, including design agencies, interior architects, digital content teams, and PR agencies.
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing calendars across multi-store Tea & Hot Pot locations, working closely with store managers and operations teams.
Yêu cầu
- 2–4 years in marketing or brand management, preferably within F&B (Tea/Coffee/Dining), retail, or lifestyle chain brands.
- A keen aesthetic eye with a strong grasp of contemporary visual culture, spatial design trends, packaging aesthetics, and art direction.
- Superior written communication skills in Vietnamese and professional fluency in English.
- Proven track record in briefing, directing, and managing external agencies to deliver quality work on schedule.
- Attention to detail, meticulous regarding visual symmetry, typography, spatial layout, brand alignment, and campaign execution.
- Creativity & Innovation, ability to pitch fresh, non-conventional campaign concepts suited for a young, trend-conscious demographic in HCMC.
- Organizational skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing deliverables across multiple brand concepts simultaneously.
