- Drive digital service offerings to customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from Pfizer’s virtual support.
- Lead relationships with Health Care Professionals (HCPs) in a defined geographical territory, providing both in‑person and virtual support.
- Understand HCP needs, share expert product advice, tailor data, deliver promotional activities, and align the customer lifecycle with Pfizer’s portfolio.
- Provide objective, scientifically sound medical information about Pfizer’s product portfolio and disease states treated.
- Seek and develop awareness of external market conditions to deliver exceptional customer support and insights.
- Collaborate with Pfizer VHSS, KAM, and SME teams, sharing customer insights to improve digital service offerings.
- Manage and achieve annual targets while ensuring compliance with legal, medical, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure inline medicines prescribed by HCPs receive appropriate commercial support.
- Share brand and therapy area updates with HCPs and convey relevant messages across multiple medicines and therapy areas.
- Build trusting relationships, navigate complex hospital stakeholder environments, and act as a trusted business advisor.
- Leverage virtual/digital channels, ensuring at least 50% of interactions are virtual.
- Serve as the single point of contact for relevant Pfizer medicines within assigned accounts.
- Understand how products across the business interplay and adjust product POA based on customer needs.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from Pharmacy/Medicine University/College.
- 2-3 years of field force experience, including oncology.
- Willingness and ability to travel/work across provinces.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid compliance mindset.
- Ability to work virtually and in person.
- Good command of English is preferred.
