- Take product features from understanding customer needs and designing solutions through to development, testing and production deployment.
- Develop scalable backend services, APIs and intuitive frontend experiences to deliver complete product solutions.
- Improve application performance, reliability, scalability and user experience.
- Leverage AI coding agents to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering standards.
- Balance speed, quality and technical complexity to deliver practical solutions that create customer value.
- Partner with Product, Design and Engineering teams, review code and share knowledge to raise the bar across your squad.
Yêu cầu
- Senior-level engineering expertise, typically 8+ years in software development.
- Strong backend development experience in at least one backend language such as Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar.
- Fullstack capability with proven experience building and delivering production web applications across both backend and frontend.
- Frontend fundamentals: comfortable with JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS and modern frontend development.
- Solid engineering fundamentals: strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, relational databases, system design, automated testing and software engineering best practices.
- End-to-end ownership: able to independently solve complex problems, make sound technical decisions and deliver production-ready solutions across the stack.
- AI-first mindset: comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and eager to leverage coding agents.
- Product thinking: focused on understanding customer needs and delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Strong collaboration: good written and spoken English, proactive approach and ability to thrive in a global, remote-first team.
