About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Check payment documents: contracts, acceptance minutes, invoices from EPC contractors, consultants, and other vendors.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to update project progress and actual costs incurred.
- Monitor investment costs, construction‑in‑progress (CIP), cash flow, and approved project budgets.
- Prepare and file tax declarations and statutory tax reports in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations.
- Complete and submit required reports to the relevant state authorities for investment projects.
- Perform project accounting and prepare financial statements in compliance with VAS and IFRS.
- Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) and management reports for the Board of Directors.
- Work with independent auditors (Big 4 or equivalent) during annual audit periods.
- Participate in developing and improving project accounting processes in accordance with international standards.
- Analyze financial risks and propose cost‑control solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
- Degree holder in accountancy or business‑related disciplines.
- 3 – 6 years’ experience in CPA firms or multinational companies.
- Sound knowledge of international accounting and banking practices.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Pursuing or qualified in local professional examinations.
