About This Job

- Design, set up, deploy, and administer Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform clusters across multiple on‑premises environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and platform automation.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code for platform provisioning and configuration management.
- Deploy and operate platform services such as OpenShift Data Foundation, HashiCorp Vault, Red Hat AMQ Broker, monitoring, and logging stacks.
- Implement secrets management, certificate management, vulnerability remediation, and security hardening controls.
- Configure monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and OpenShift Monitoring.
- Implement backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and operational automation procedures.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, platform, deployment, performance, and availability issues.
- Support migration and operation of containerized Java applications on OpenShift.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years of DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Engineering experience.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud platform.
- Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI or equivalent.
- Strong Linux administration experience (RHEL preferred).
- Experience implementing Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and observability platforms including Prometheus, Grafana, and centralized logging solutions.
- Experience implementing backup, disaster recovery, high availability, and platform operations.
- Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash and/or Python.
- Good English communication skills.

- Experience migrating workloads from AWS to Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
- AWS certifications (SAA‑C03, SOA‑C03) and Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD).
