About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Serve as a communication bridge between the Vietnamese subsidiary and the parent company in Japan.
- Join the web application development team as a core member.
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of company products.
- Receive, analyze, and communicate requirements from the Japanese headquarters to the development team in Vietnam.
- Support developers in building features and verifying that they meet customer requirements.
- Participate in idea contribution and product quality improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proficient in Japanese (N2 or higher level of communication).
- Experience in roles such as Business Analyst (BA), Bridge System Engineer (BrSE), or Developer.
- Strong skills in teamwork, analysis, design, communication, and presenting in Japanese.
- Proactive, with strong self-learning ability and a positive working attitude.
- Skilled in UML tools, design, and modeling.
- Experience working on financial or card-related business systems.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Solid foundation in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) / Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Experience with Java EE, ORM Frameworks, JSP, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, RESTful programming, and Java Batch.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and XML processes (XSD, XS).
- Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and databases including Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, and NoSQL.
