- Design and implement CI/CD and DevOps solutions for NAB services.
- Promote a CI/CD mindset and support cultural transformation across teams.
- Partner with delivery teams to embed DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.
- Influence best practices while preserving engineer ownership of delivery tools.
- Standardise CI/CD tooling and align capabilities with roadmap priorities.
- Ensure stable, performant tooling platforms and mentor team members.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years in testing and quality-focused software delivery.
- Strong Agile and DevOps experience in complex integrated environments.
- Deep testing standards, tooling, and automation capability.
- Expertise in CI/CD, TDD, BDD, and Quality Engineering.
- Strong APIs and microservices architecture experience.

- Software engineering background with Java, C#, or another language.
- Practical application of software design patterns.
- Database experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases.
- Proficiency with cloud technologies in both Azure and AWS.
