• Design, develop and maintain scalable AI and data platform solutions.
• Support deployment, monitoring and operation of machine learning and Generative AI applications in production environments.
• Build and enhance AI platform capabilities to onboard new AI use cases and improve developer experience.
• Develop and maintain automation, CI/CD pipelines and operational tooling for AI workloads.
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with AI product teams, data engineers, architects and infrastructure teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Ensure solutions meet organizational standards for security, compliance, auditability and operational excellence.
• Contribute to testing strategies, reusable test frameworks and release processes.
• Participate in post‑implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by People Leader or authorized representative.

Yêu cầu

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering or data engineering.
• Experience supporting and operating production systems in cloud environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Python, SQL, Databricks, Apache Spark, Kafka.
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices including CI/CD, version control and automated testing.
• Experience with cloud‑native services and distributed data platforms.

• Experience evaluating, deploying and supporting machine learning models in production.
• Understanding of LLM and Generative AI concepts.
• Familiarity with AI model evaluation techniques, including deterministic and subjective evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with AI lifecycle management, monitoring and governance is highly desirable.
• Experience with one or more of: AWS S3, AWS RDS, Redshift, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, EMR, Kinesis, Apache Airflow.
• Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, platform automation, infrastructure and deployment tooling.
