- Provide technical leadership to drive Digital Marketing, Measurement and Insights across the enterprise in a well‑architected Marketing technology ecosystem.
- Design solutions, conduct peer reviews, and support ongoing rollout of enterprise digital measurement.
- Gather and document business, technical and reporting requirements for metrics architecture.
- Collaborate with technical development teams for implementation of big‑data capture techniques.
- Analyse data to recommend improvements in website conversion, channel sales targets, visitor engagement and site satisfaction.
- Create dashboards and reports to help stakeholders achieve business objectives.
- Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software, including writing high‑quality testable code.
- Produce specifications, operational feasibility, verification plans and QA procedures.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems.
- Fulfil other tasks as assigned by People Leader or authorized representative.
Yêu cầu
- 5+ years as an Implementation Specialist for Marketing Technology with experience in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Marketing Platform/Console Management, Adobe Mobile SDK, Adobe AT.JS, Adobe I O, Adobe Platform APIs, Tealium Audience Stream, Tealium IQ, Tealium Event Stream, Ensighten Manage, Ensighten One, Ensighten APIs.
- 5+ years in Application Development, Digital Marketing or associated field.
- Demonstrated solid technical skills and strong technical aptitude.
- ETL skills (scripting, scheduling, transforming, loading and preparation).
- Extensive experience in SQL query.
- Programming skills in Javascript, Java, Objective‑C or Python.
- Experience with cloud‑based technologies and managed services (Azure, AWS, MADI, DBT).
- Experience working as an engineer within backend technologies, RESTful JSON APIs and microservices.
- Preferred: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud (Analytics, Audience Manager, Target).
