About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Gather and analyze business requirements and understand business processes.
- Translate requirements into workflow diagrams and system improvement solutions.
- Recommend solutions, assess system changes, and participate in system design and implementation projects.
- Coordinate between business users, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are delivered effectively.
- Support functional design, system testing (UAT/SIT), user training, and go-live activities.
- Act as a bridge between business, technology, and support teams.
- Perform Quality Assurance activities and support ongoing system improvements.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Economics, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Consultant, IT Support, or similar role.
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SD module.
- Good English communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Draw.io, or similar tools.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Knowledge of SAP FI and MM modules is an advantage.
- Experience in software development, deployment, and Quality Assurance is preferred.
