- Lead the analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP MM and WM solutions, aligning with business requirements and best practices.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP MM/WM consultants, providing guidance, technical expertise, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Oversee the integration of SAP MM/WM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, PP, FI/CO) and external systems.
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and integrity of SAP MM/WM solutions.
- Provide expert-level support for SAP MM/WM issues, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for SAP MM/WM processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for SAP MM/WM related initiatives.
- Develop and deliver training to end-users on SAP MM/WM functionalities.
- Stay current with SAP best practices, new functionalities, and industry trends.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP MM and WM modules, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
- Extensive hands‑on configuration experience in SAP MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Master Data, MRP) and WM (Warehouse Structures, Putaway/Picking Strategies, HU Management, RF integration).
- Proven experience leading successful full lifecycle SAP MM/WM implementations.
- Strong understanding of integration points between SAP MM/WM and other core SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO).
- Experience with S/4HANA Logistics is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Certifications in SAP MM/WM are a plus.
