- Manage key principals for the Food & Nutrition business line in Vietnam, implementing strategies to achieve business and growth objectives and converting key projects into sales.
- Lead all aspects of account management and new business development, including strategy development, tactical execution, setting account goals, and driving efforts to achieve them.
- Identify key decision makers and develop strong relationships with customers to support retention and generate new revenue opportunities.
- Ensure profitability by achieving monthly sales targets and market share through direct selling, monitoring performance against targets, and securing business with new and existing customers; develop organic growth and manage working capital stocks.
- Develop and implement segment‑specific sales action plans for assigned markets to achieve order, revenue, and margin projections through value‑based solution selling.
- Lead and manage sales strategy formulation and execution for key accounts.
- Drive customized solutions, manage, and market opportunity pipelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and key customers, implementing plans aimed at business retention and improving customer satisfaction.
- Understand and track changing key customer needs and business environments to provide appropriate support.
- Liaise with internal departments to maximize sales opportunities, provide concise reporting and information sharing, maintain a detailed customer profiling database, and provide business analysis.
- Ensure the territory is effectively serviced to achieve sales targets and build strong networking with senior management and decision makers in the Food & Nutrition market.
- Work closely with the Regional Business Group Director and General Manager to develop a product portfolio and fill product gaps.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technologist or related degree.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Food & Nutrition.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and relationship building – both internally and externally.
- Motivated and energetic personality, can‑do attitude.
- High degree of independence and ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Confidence in leading technical discussions and problem‑solving.
- Strong convincing power and ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with customers & principals.
- Ability to lead a team of sales professionals.
