- Plan outlet budgets and review monthly revenue and expenditure forecasts.
- Analyze month-end reports, identify deviations from business goals, and participate in management meetings.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and marketing departments to implement profit enhancement programs and prepare post-promotion reports.
- Implement control measures to ensure food, beverage, productivity, labor, and operating supply costs align with the budget.
- Conduct daily departmental briefings and supervise team members to ensure timely task completion.
- Build relationships with guests, remember preferences to provide personalized service, and handle complaints efficiently.
- Manage administration for cashier and bar operations, maintain communication logs, and monitor equipment and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health, safety, and security regulations.
- Maintain complete knowledge of F&B services, contents, and preparation methods.
- Recruit, select, and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and prepare staff schedules and payroll reports.
- Organize staff training programs and monthly departmental meetings.

- Relevant educational background, vocational training, or academic degree commensurate with the position level.
- Relevant experience in a similar position or scale of operation.
- Good knowledge of SOPs, operational standards, health and safety requirements, and workplace regulations.
- Strong communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
- Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
