- Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
- Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
- Be on feet, moving around (stand, sit, or walk for extended time) and perform hands‑on tasks such as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing ≤10 pounds without assistance.
