About This Job

- Conduct primary and secondary market research to identify key players, market circumstances, trends, competitive landscapes, and forecast trends.
- Execute research methodologies including surveys and interviews to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful market insights and actionable recommendations.
- Prepare detailed research reports and presentations that communicate findings to the management team.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activities to keep the organization informed of market changes.
- Collaborate with cross-cultural teams to ensure research aligns with company objectives.
- Maintain research databases and document methodologies to ensure consistency and quality across all research initiatives.
- Provide recommendations based on research findings to support strategic planning and decision-making processes (if engaged in client projects).
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in market research or business analysis, typically 2-3 years minimum.
- Strong proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies and data collection techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and identify key trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to diverse audiences.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy in research documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with market research platforms and databases is advantageous.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin language skills are preferred.
