About This Job

- Understand local telecom SMS policies, pricing and regulatory requirements to support product positioning.
- Develop and maintain enterprise clients for international SMS and A2P services to drive revenue growth.
- Establish and nurture relationships with telecom operators, aggregators and strategic partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the full end‑to‑end sales cycle: client acquisition, negotiation, contract execution and account management.
- Coordinate with the finance team to ensure payment collection and credit risk management.
- Work with internal technical, operation and compliance teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.
Yêu cầu
- Practical working experience in SMS, A2P, telecommunications, CPaaS or related industries.
- Familiarity with international SMS business; existing industry resources are highly preferred.
- Strong English communication skills, plus proficiency in relevant local languages.
- Excellent capabilities in negotiation, coordination and client‑relationship management.
- High self‑motivation, result‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently under a remote‑working model.

- Hands‑on experience with operators, aggregators, CPaaS providers, fintech or e‑commerce customers.
- Good knowledge of SMS routing, OTP, sender ID and industry‑specific compliance rules.

- Pay: 100₫ - 18,000,000₫ per month.
