About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Develop and drive QA strategies for multiple teams or the entire organization in alignment with the Japan QA organization.
- Manage and develop team members, ensuring high performance and professional expertise.
- Identify organizational challenges and implement continuous improvement measures.
- Communicate closely with development teams and management to ensure QA processes are integrated organizationally.
- Provide stakeholders with continuous updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
- Manage resources and drive recruitment activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in web and/or mobile application environments.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience leading QA Engineers with demonstrated capability in team leadership, resource planning, performance management, team well-being, and career development.
- Mastery of QA methodologies, relevant tools, and Web/Mobile development processes.
- High proficiency in problem solving and implementing effective solutions.
- Japanese proficiency at N2 level or above for documentation and communication.
- Pre-intermediate English proficiency.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- ISTQB certification or equivalent knowledge is preferred.
Mức lương
- Competitive salary package: 50.000.000 - 70.000.000 VND/month.
