About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Lead end-to-end IT project management activities from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Monitor and report project progress to senior management and steering committees.
- Manage communication and facilitate meetings among business units, stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Oversee implementation of banking technology including Core Banking, Digital/Mobile/Internet Banking, Payment systems, Loan Origination, Treasury, CRM, and Data Analytics.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, information security, and internal governance frameworks.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors and system integrators.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and oversee UAT and post-implementation support.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- 3+ years of experience managing banking or financial services technology projects.
- Proven track record in delivering enterprise-level technology implementations.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Master's degree.
- Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or ITIL Foundation.
