About This Job

- Collect, organize, and summarize departmental documents, records, and basic data.
- Support employee training activities, including training records and related materials.
- Assist with daily administrative and coordination tasks within the department.
- Provide oral interpretation for meetings and daily communication when required.
Yêu cầu
- Able to use basic office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily administrative work.
- Good learning ability and a positive working attitude.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Lanague: average English /and Chinese communication skill.
- Education requirement: High school diploma or above, fluent in Chinese.
- Material management system, SAP system.
