• Represent the voice of the customer and deliver the vision and roadmap for the Transaction Banking domain.
• Lead discovery and delivery of new initiatives based on customer and banker needs, business value, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility and risk.
• Keep the team focused on the highest priority work and liaise with stakeholders to descope work beyond sprint velocity.
• Serve as a trusted servant leader for the squad, supporting members to understand the mission and foster accountability.
• Coordinate and engage stakeholders and teams to achieve end‑to‑end outcomes.
• Manage stakeholders on behalf of the squad, providing transparency and visibility.
• Continuously learn and improve, valuing progress over perfection.
• Fulfill other tasks as assigned by People Leader or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam.

Yêu cầu

• 5-7+ years experience in Banking including at least 4+ years Product Owner experience.
• Detailed knowledge of financial services and the Credit Card lifecycle from consumer, merchant, issuing and acquiring perspectives.
• 7-8 years of experience mobilising and supporting cross‑functional and self‑managing teams across multiple providers.
• Experience working with agile ways and familiarity with human‑centred design techniques.
• Ability to create and convey a vision to key stakeholders and teams, developing it into a shaped backlog of key features, user stories and goals.
• Comfortable playing a leadership role, including leading workshops through discovery, development and operational usage stages.
• Proven analytical skills and evidence‑based decision making.
• Project delivery and knowledge of the software development cycle.
• Leadership of a high‑performing squad.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, analytical and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
• Structured problem‑solving mindset focusing on a test‑and‑learn approach.
• Product over project mindset.
• Ideation and Design: Own vision/direction of an experience, define product roadmap, research industry & technology trends, prioritize & maintain Product Backlog, work closely with the team to define what needs to be built.
• Planning and Engagement: Agree customer and commercial outcomes, establish cycle plan, set sprint goals, determine optimal resource mix, build senior leader relationships.
• Delivery and measurement: Enable delivery through responding to key questions, make decisions, review work items, plan, track & report progress, measure success/learnings.
• Experience with human‑centred design, product storytelling and product leadership.
• Familiar with tooling such as Clarity, Grace, Confluence, Figma, Fiserv product suite and frontline banking systems.
• Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Finance or Business and preference to post‑graduate qualifications.
