About This Job

- Manage and develop the animal feed product portfolio to meet market demands, customer requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyse customer needs, industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and support product development strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical Service teams to develop tailored animal nutrition and feed solutions that address customer needs and improve animal performance.
- Develop technical and marketing materials, conduct product training and provide technical support to the Sales team to strengthen product knowledge and drive sales growth.
- Develop and implement product strategies to achieve sales, profitability and growth targets in line with business objectives.
Yêu cầu
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science or any related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the animal feed industry, particularly for swine, cattle and poultry.
- Required skills: Problem-solving, value-selling, communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Able to manage pipelines and maintain consistent follow-up with customers.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Required languages: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English, with proven oral, written and presentation skills.
