About This Job

- Build the distribution channel strategy to increase opportunities for users to discover and access businesses on the platform.
- Develop and optimize distribution channels such as Search, Discovery Tab, QR Scan, and other emerging touchpoints.
- Study user behavior and user journeys to understand how users discover, search for, and access businesses.
- Identify and solve frictions across the Discover → Access Business journey.
- Design and run experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize channel performance.
- Define metrics and funnels to measure channel effectiveness from user discovery to business access.
- Use data and user insights to identify opportunities for new channels and improve discovery experiences.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data, Design, Business, and other teams to build and scale distribution solutions.
- Define the long-term roadmap for the distribution ecosystem, creating natural and scalable ways for users to discover and access businesses on Zalo.
Yêu cầu
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Platform, Search, Discovery, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of user journeys, discovery, search, acquisition, and conversion funnels.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze user behavior and identify product opportunities.
- Ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and metrics for a product or channel.
- Strong user-centric mindset with a keen eye for user insights and product experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, solve ambiguous problems, and drive initiatives from idea → execution → scale.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Experience in building or developing distribution channels, search, recommendation, discovery, or growth products is highly preferred.
Mức lương
- Pay: 45,000,000₫ - 60,000,000₫ per month.
