• Provide hands‑on leadership to design, develop, and deploy technical solutions.
• Collaborate with NAB technology leaders to improve and fulfill technical direction.
• Evangelise and promote Java best practices.
• Lead and conduct training to empower engineers.
• Design, develop, review, implement, and manage Java application code and services for production and pre‑release environments.
• Design, develop, review, implement, and manage CI/CD, build management, and deployment scripts and systems.
• Participate in Agile software development, prototyping, and code review with international teams to build scalable microservices‑based products and APIs on AWS or Azure cloud architecture.
• Understand customer or business requirements and develop consistent applications.
• Work with delivery teams to achieve success using CI/CD and DevOps practices, processes, and tooling.
• Provide robust coding practices, solid unit/component test coverage, and debugging code.
• Fulfil other tasks as assigned by People Leader or authorized representative.

Yêu cầu

• Minimum of +10 years' experience in a similar role (Technical Lead, Technical Architect, Principal Engineer, etc.) in a complex, enterprise‑level development environment.
• Solid experience in Java 11+ and Java open‑source frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Cloud).
• Solid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices‑based systems.
• Experience supporting a production service in a DevOps‑friendly environment with cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Well‑versed in writing structured, well‑documented, maintainable, and clean code.
• Excellence in problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, testing, and Agile methodology.
• Strong understanding of secure coding practices and application security.
• Strong work ethic, self‑motivation, dedication, and commitment.
• Solid experience in Agile development environments.
• Excellent teamwork and coaching skills.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written).

• Experience in JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.js and Node.js.
• Any additional certification or training in IT, Business, Computer Science, or related area.
