About This Job

- Monitor ad monetization performance and troubleshoot issues for app and web publishers across multiple markets (VN, SG, MY, KR, CN, IN, TH).
- Uplift ad revenue by reviewing publisher accounts (AdMob, GAM, AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay, AdSense, etc.) and optimizing ad revenue.
- Consult on ad logic, frequency capping, ad positions, sizes, and formats, and test new placements while monitoring performance and user experience.
- Test new ad networks, analyze mediation performance, adjust waterfall pricing, and execute A/B tests.
- Analyze publisher user behavior (GA4, Firebase) to improve user experience and support the UA team with basic UA reviews.
- Create performance review slides to update publishers with performance and provide new suggestions.
- Understand internal and partner platforms/features to find optimization opportunities.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore new optimization methods and build new processes.
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to provide strategic learnings for business and build strategy.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in AdTech, game monetization, or product-driven environments (SSPs, publishers, game studios).
- Experience working with ad networks, ad logic, and pricing optimization across mobile apps and web platforms.
- Solid understanding of display advertising, programmatic ecosystems, marketing, and data-driven solutions.
- Detail-oriented, well organized with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with outstanding communication.
- Logical, data-oriented, and tech-driven mindset.
Yêu cầu ưu tiên
- Ability to communicate in other languages (Japanese, Chinese) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of multiple front-end languages (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery), JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js), or platforms/tools like iOS, Android, Unity, and Firebase is a big plus but not required.
