About This Job
Trách nhiệm chính
- Design the data foundation for asset tracking across offices and warehouses, creating one trusted source of truth.
- Build interactive dashboards in Looker Studio or Power BI on asset allocation, stock levels and usage trends.
- Shape the end‑to‑end flow for signing and company‑stamp requests, from submission to tracking and archiving.
- Turn historical data into insights on volume, turnaround time and demand by team, and recommend improvements.
- Build early‑warning reports on documents and assets needing attention, keeping the business compliant and audit‑ready.
- Own the monthly operations report used by leadership for performance tracking and decisions.
- Automate workflows and build lightweight internal tools with AI and internal platforms, then scale what works with system owners.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
- Up to 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting or operations. Fresh graduates with strong internships or projects are welcome.
- Working SQL for cleaning, joining and aggregating data.
- Advanced Google Sheets or Excel: lookups, pivot tables, query/filter and data validation.
- At least one dashboard built in Looker Studio, Power BI or a similar tool, with a clear business question behind it.
- Structured approach to data design: categories, required fields and unique IDs that scale.
- Hands‑on experience with AI tools and emerging technologies to boost productivity, improve workflows and generate new ideas.
- Fluent Vietnamese and good written English.
- Education: Đại Học (minimum).

- Exposure to administration, legal operations, procurement or asset management.
- Experience with confidential documents, audit or compliance.
