About This Job

Trách nhiệm chính

  • Tiếp nhận data được cung cấp sẵn, không cần tìm kiếm data để gọi ra tư vấn, cung ứng dịch vụ Viettel cho khách hàng có nhu cầu đăng ký và sử dụng các gói cước Data, chuyển đổi từ thuê bao trả trước sang trả sau.
  • Gọi ra thu cước đóng trước gói 6 tháng và gói 12 tháng.
  • Khai thác và mở rộng nhu cầu của khách hàng để tăng hoa hồng (mức hoa hồng bán hàng không giới hạn).
  • Tư vấn gói khuyến mãi cho khách hàng mới sử dụng các gói dịch vụ đóng cước trước.

Yêu cầu

  • Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung học phổ thông
  • Nam/Nữ, tuổi từ 18-35, tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên
  • Có giọng nói dễ nghe, không nói ngọng, nói lắp
  • Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm, không yêu cầu ngoại hình
  • Chỉ cần biết sử dụng Word, có thái độ tốt và mong muốn gắn bó lâu dài
  • Chấp nhận các ứng viên chưa có kinh nghiệm
  • Đào tạo không mất phí
  • Được đóng BHXH sau 2 tháng
  • Yêu cầu giới tính: Nam/Nữ

Mức lương

  • Thu nhập: LCB + thưởng (300.000 - 1.000.000 VNĐ) + bonus (15-30%); Thu nhập giao động: 8.000.000 - 15.000.000 VNĐ.
  • Lương thâm niên: 200.000 - 400.000 VNĐ.

Phúc lợi

  • Được hỗ trợ đào tạo nghiệp vụ trong 10 ngày với chi phí hỗ trợ 1.400.000 VNĐ (không đóng bất kỳ chi phí nào).
  • Được hỗ trợ thiết bị làm việc: máy tính, bàn làm việc, tai nghe,....
  • Ký hợp đồng chính thức sau 2 tháng, được đóng bảo hiểm và tham gia đầy đủ các chế độ.
  • Được tổ chức sinh nhật, thi đua khen thưởng, chế độ thăm hỏi từ công đoàn.
  • Đám cưới, lễ lớn được thưởng tiền mừng.
